💫 Penelope features a double zipper front pocket that extends from side to side, offering easy access to your must-have items.
Inside, you’ll find not one but TWO spacious compartments. Plus, an extra zipper pocket with a decorative overlay and a handy divider zipper pocket to keep your valuables secure and organised.

This is an intermediate-level project, but don’t be discouraged! If you’ve got some sewing experience, especially with zippers and curved corners, you will have no problem finishing this project.

- 75 cm / 110 cm (30” / 43”) Lining fabric: quilting cotton, waterproof fabric, etc.
- 5 cm / 20 cm (2” / 8”) Non-fraying fabric (for the pocket overlay): faux leather, cork, vinyl
- 55 cm / 90 cm (22” / 36”) Stabiliser: Vilene H640, HeatNBond, Bosal In-R-Form, By Annie’s Soft and Stable, Vilene Style-Vil Foam etc.
- 150 cm / 90 cm (59” / 36”) Woven interfacing: Pellon SF101, Wovenfuse, Vilene G700 etc.
- #5 Zipper 25 cm (10”) x 2
- #3 Zipper 18 cm (7 1/8”) x 1
- #3 Zipper 17 cm (6 5/8”) x 1
- 2.5 cm (1”) Press lock/Tongue lock x 1
- 2.5 cm (1”) Strap adjuster x 2
- 2.5 cm (1”) D-ring or Rectangle ring x 2

- Multi-surface glue, fray check glue (optional)
NOTE: Zipper measurements include the seam allowance. It is best to remove the zipper teeth from the seam allowance when using metal zippers.
