Hello, my crafty people!!! Have you seen my latest pattern??? In case you missed my previous post, yesterday was the release of the Isabella pouch pattern. Today, I want to show you the beautiful creations that my pattern testers made! I must warn you, once you try the Isabella pouch pattern, you might get addicted! Most of my testers made more than one, and I cannot blame them because it is a fun little project! The pattern can be made out of various fabrics and is a great scrap buster!
If you want to find out more about the Isabella pouch pattern, check out the previous post, but before you go, let’s see what my tasters had to say about this pattern and see their versions!
“Thoroughly enjoyed making and an addictive sew.” @Peg Coombes
“I really loved to test this pouch, it’s easy to sew, sewing instructions are clear with many pictures. It’s a great pattern for everyone!” @May Dee
“Super easy pattern, great instructions that are easy to follow without having to read them a million times” @Annetta
“This was a fun pattern and easy to understand. I will make many more.” @adorabull2
“This was a fun quick sew with a lot of options for customization regarding fabric and fabric placement. It felt a bit like an origami project when sewing the corner seams and I was pleasantly surprised that I got the lining sewn in correctly the first time. That was just my own doubts though. The pattern was brilliant!” @ovesonlife
“It is a nice travel size toiletries bag. I will likely use it when I start traveling again. It would also be great for sewing supplies when going to classes. Maybe a pencil case for school. I will make more.” @pattyodesigns
“Super fun sew! Great for gifts, perfect for toiletries bags!” @sewfisticatedsg
“A little difficult for turning if you have arthritic fingers like me.” @bagsandmorebysabrina
“Amazing. So much fun. Very beginner friendly, and depending on the materials you use, very domestic machine friendly. I ended up making 4 of these, so addicting to make and my family loves them! Take your time boxing those corners, but such a beautiful pattern and well written.” @Sewbliss
“I like the pattern and it produced a nice sized bag for any travel needs.” @Pam
“I like the bag and will attempt again when it quiets down here and gets back to routine. I will be giving as Christmas gifts because they are very nice and useful” @lise_studio504
“I love the size and look of the finished bags! They would make perfect toiletry bags for travelling and are such a great size. I love the panel details and the handles. I can’t wait to make more of these!” @sulkyfoxshop
” It’s a good size pouch and fits so many items. I like the double handle, making it a pouch for left and right handers alike.” @Carys-Ann
“Quick, fun, easy, pouch that looks amazing to display or through in your travel bag.” @oliveiraoriginals
“A different approach to assembling a boxy bag. This bag will definitely hold all of your toiletries.” @daphnejadedesigns
“I love that it is a box shape and has handles. The zippered pockets on the outside are convenient and leave all the roominess on the inside.” @edgeanddolor
“I thought this was a great pattern. It was much larger than I thought it would be, too. I also enjoy the construction that stitched the lining to the external pieces. I’d never sewn a pattern like that before. Now that I’ve made one, I know this will be a quick, go-to pattern for gifts and sales.” @Moo Stitchworks
